How to Delete Your Account – 2 options
Option 1
IF you have never made any purchases to your account:

Delete account via logging in to My Account on Starstable.com
- Click on the link “Delete account” and follow the instructions.
- When we receive your request we will send an email to the address associated with the account.
- You have a 72 hours grace period during which you can change your mind and undo the account deletion by logging back in.
Option 2:
IF you have made purchases for real money to your account we must refer you to contact support for a manual investigation.

FAQ about deleting your account
💡 What does it mean to delete your account?
Deleting your account will:
- Permanently erase your game progress and account data.
- Remove your email from our systems.
- Prevent you from recovering the account later, unless you cancel deletion during the grace period.
Once deleted, the account cannot be restored — so please be sure!
📉 What will you lose?
If you delete your account:
- All in-game progress, horses, and items will be lost.
- Your email will be removed from Star Stable.
- You’ll no longer receive game updates or promotional emails.
- Any bought, earned or redeemed items and game currency will be gone.
🛑 What if someone else tried to delete my free account?
We immediately send an email when a deletion is requested. If you didn’t request it — don’t worry! You can cancel the deletion within 72 hours by logging in again to your account on Starstable.com
⏳ How does the 72 hour Grace Period work?
After requesting deletion of a free account via the self service feature:
- We send an email confirming the request for deletion
- You will be logged out and placed on hold (you won’t be able to play during this time).
- While your account is scheduled for deletion you will not be able to make purchases
- You have 72 hours to change your mind by logging in to Starstable.com
Note: 72 hour grace period is only available for deleting free accounts by logging in to Starstable.com
⏮️ Can I cancel a scheduled deletion of a free account?
After requesting an account deletion you have a 72 hour grace period. During this time you can cancel the deletion – just log in with your account on Starstable.com and your account will be reactivated.
📨 Will I get updates about the deletion of a free account?
We will send information to the email address connected to the Star Stable account in question.
- Confirming the request to delete a free account
- Confirming the deletion of a free account after 72 hours
- Confirming reactivation, if you choose to log in again within the 72 hours grace period
🔁 Can I create a new account after deleting?
Absolutely! If you decide to return to Jorvik in the future, you’re welcome to create a new account from scratch.
🐎 What happens to the Club of a deleted account?
The club of a deleted account will not disappear automatically in our systems, so the name of the club will not be available to create again with another account.
👤 How can I delete my child's account?
To request the deletion of your child’s account, simply contact our Customer Support Team from the email registered to the account via the contact form that you can find on our website.
Trouble shooting
🧐 I have reactivated my account, but the launchers still say my account is scheduled for deletion
There may be a sync error between the launcher and your account. Please log out from the launcher and log back in. If this doesn't fix it, log in again on Starstable.com to reactivate your account – or contact Customer Support via the support form.
