How to change your email address

Change Email via Starstable.com

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Log in to Starstable.com/MyAccount
2. Click the Edit icon located next to your current email address.
   ⚠️ You won't see the edit icon IF:
   - Your email address isn't verified – verify it first 👍
   - You have a Limited Account – Change your email by contacting Customer Support
   
3. Verify your current email: Enter the security code sent to your current email address.
   ⚠️You need access to the current email associated with your account to verify your email
   
4. Enter your new email: Provide the new address you'd like to use.
   
5. Verify your new email: Enter the security code sent to that new inbox to complete the process.
   

I do not have access to my old email. What should I do?

If you no longer have access to the email address currently associated with your account, don't worry, we can still help you update it manually. Please, reach out to our Customer Support!

3. Verify your identity: Be prepared to provide additional details to confirm you are the account owner.
   1. Note: The most effective way to verify your account is through payment verification. Our team may ask for a bank statement showing a transaction made to your account.

Once our team has successfully verified your ownership, we will manually update your email address and get you back into your account. Since every case is unique, our team will guide you through the specific steps once you reach out.
