If you’re wondering why your chat has been blocked, there are a couple of possible reasons:

Account Verification for New Players
If you’re a new player, you’ll need to verify your account before being able to use the chat. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account on Star Stable.
- Go to Settings and click on Confirm Your Account.
- A verification email will be sent to the email address linked with your game account.
- Open the email and click on Activate Star Stable.
If your account is linked to a parent’s email, the verification email will be sent there instead.

Chat Ban Due to Rule Violations
If you’ve received a chat ban while or after playing Star Stable Online, it’s likely because you've violated one or more of our chat rules. When this happens, you’ll see a message pop up when you try to access the chat, informing you that your chat has been blocked and providing the duration of the block. (Note that the time shown is in UTC.)
