Where do I find the in-game item I've redeemed?
How to redeem a code
- Log in to your account page on Starstable.com/myaccount OR any of the launchers
- Enter your code in the Redeem Code box:
👀 Make sure the code is still valid and double-check for spelling errors or extra spaces before or after the code. -
Once the code is entered, click on Redeem.
You should see a confirmation message telling you that the code has been successfully redeemed.
Important Note: Each code can only be redeemed once!
Where do I find the in-game item I've redeemed?
If you redeemed a code for an item, here’s what you do next:
- Log in to the game and head to one of the red mailboxes or click on the red flag next to your mini-map.
- Check your in-game inbox, and your redeemed item should be waiting for you in a message! 🎁
💡Quick Tip: Mail can only contain one item at a time, so if you redeemed multiple items, you’ll receive several pieces of mail.
Why can't I find the redeemed item in my in-game inbox?
Make sure you have enough space in your inbox to receive your item!
If it’s full, you won’t be able to get your reward.
Delete some old mail to make room for the new stuff.
Why can’t I use some of the redeem codes I found?
Common examples of why you might not be able to use Redeem codes you have found are:
Code has expired – it was active and now it is not longer available
Code is restricted to specific accounts and your account isn't eligable – for example like for new players or those who haven’t been Star Riders before.
Misspelling – double-check the spelling
Extra spaces before or after the code – make sure there are no extra spaces, this often happens when you copy and paste a code
