How do I redeem a code?
Do you have a code you found on our website or maybe one from a gift card you want to redeem? Here’s how!
Log in on our website, and you should see Redeem a Code above our Star Coins offers. You can also click on Account in the top right corner, next to download, and click to see a drop-down menu. You will be directed to a page where you can enter the code. Ensure that the code is still valid and that there are no spelling mistakes or spaces in front or after the code. When the code is in the box, you can click on Redeem. You should see a message telling you that you have successfully redeemed the code. All codes can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem a code for an item, follow the same procedure and log in to the game afterward. Go to one of the red mailboxes or click the red flag that should have popped up next to your mini-map and check your inbox. Your redeemed item should have arrived in the mail. Mail can only contain one item, so if you are expecting more than one, you will receive several pieces of mail.
Don’t forget to make sure that you have enough space in your inbox. If your inbox is full, you won’t receive your item. You can delete mail to make space for new ones.
Why can’t I use some of the redeem codes I found?
Most of our redeem codes are only available for a limited time. We usually mention when the code will expire in an article on our website. On rare occasions, we also have codes that are restricted to specific accounts—for example, only new players who have never been Star Riders before.
If you can’t redeem an active code and you should be able to use it, double-check the spelling and make sure there aren’t any extra spaces before or after the code.
