How Do I Change My Server?
Want to change servers and explore a new part of Jorvik? It’s easy! Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your account on Star Stable.
- Click on Account in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Server, then click on Move Server.
On the Move Server page, you’ll see a list of available servers in your region. Simply choose the server you want to move to and confirm your choice.
If the server you're looking for is unavailable, it’s likely because it’s full. Don’t worry—check the page regularly to see if space opens up.
Please note: Our Customer Support team cannot move you to full servers. So, if the server is full, it’s best to wait until a spot becomes available.
Can I Move to a Server in a Different Region?
Unfortunately, you cannot move to a server outside of your region. Your region is determined by the country you were in when you created your account. This restriction is due to technical complications, such as the loss of all game progress, horses, and items, which prevent us from transferring accounts between regions.
For this reason, our Customer Support Team is unable to assist with moving accounts across different regions.
