Got a code from our website, a gift card, or a special promo? Redeeming it is quick and easy—here’s how you do it!
- Log in to your account on Star Stable and look for the Redeem Code option
- After logging in, you'll be able to directly enter your code in the provided field. Important: Make sure the code is still valid and double-check for any spelling errors or extra spaces before or after the code.
- Once the code is entered, click on Redeem. You should see a confirmation message telling you that the code has been successfully redeemed.
Important Note: Each code can only be redeemed once!
If you redeemed a code for an item, here’s what you do next:
- Log in to the game and head to one of the red mailboxes or click on the red flag next to your mini-map.
- Check your inbox, and your redeemed item should be waiting for you!
Quick Tip: Mail can only contain one item at a time, so if you redeemed multiple items, you’ll receive several pieces of mail.
Make sure you have enough space in your inbox to receive your item! If it’s full, you won’t get your reward. Simply delete some old mail to make room for the new stuff!
Why Can’t I Use Some of the Redeem Codes I Found?
Some codes have limited-time availability, so if you find a code, be sure to check the post for any expiration dates! Occasionally, certain codes are restricted to specific accounts, like for new players or those who haven’t been Star Riders before.
If you’ve checked the expiration date and you're sure the code is still valid, double-check the spelling and ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the code.
