Payments may occasionally be declined for a number of reasons. Here are some common ones:
1. Unsupported Payment Methods
We do not currently accept VISA Electron, prepaid VISA cards, or prepaid Mastercards. If you're using one of these cards, the payment will be rejected.
2. Insufficient Funds
Make sure you have enough funds available to complete your purchase or when it’s time to renew your subscription. A subscription will attempt to renew again, but it will automatically cancel if there aren’t enough funds to complete the payment.
3. Incorrect Payment Details
Please make sure that all the payment details you entered are accurate. Even minor errors, like a typo in your card number or expiration date, can cause the payment to fail.
4. Bank Rejection
If you're in the United States, your bank may reject the transaction, primarily because we're based overseas. They may flag the payment as fraudulent. If this happens, you’ll need to contact your bank directly to resolve the issue and allow the transaction to go through.
5. Pop-up Blockers May Interfere with Payment
Sometimes, your payment may be blocked due to a technical reason related to your browser settings.
Most internet browsers have a built-in pop-up blocker that’s enabled by default. While this is meant to stop annoying ads, it can also prevent important windows from opening during the payment process, such as:
Payment gateways
Confirmation screens
Secure bank authentication pages
If these pop-ups are blocked, your payment may not go through.
To avoid this, please make sure to disable your pop-up blocker or add the Star Stable Shop page to your browser’s list of allowed sites:
