- Usage Status: The Star Coins are completely unused, or you haven't started using the Star Rider game time yet.

The fastest way for us to track down your payment is if you include your payment receipt for the transaction when you send us a message. Providing this helps us help you faster!
- Receipt Location: The receipt is sent to the email address associated with the account. If the account belongs to a minor, the receipt is sent to the parent's email address added during registration.
A Quick Heads-Up on Mobile & Third-Party Payments
Because these purchases are handled by other companies (like Apple or Google), we aren't able to issue refunds directly for things bought using:
- Mobile Payments (iOS App Store or Google Play Store)
- Paysafecard
- Prepaid Cards
If you paid via a mobile app, the best way to get help is to contact the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) directly, as they manage the refund process for those payments.
