5. How do I redeem a gift code?

- Go to the Redeem Code page
- Enter your code and click Redeem.
6. I didn’t receive my Gift Card code. What should I do?
After purchasing, a separate email titled "Howdy! Here's your Gift Card" will be sent to you with the code. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folders. If it's still missing, contact our Customer Support Team, and they’ll assist you in retrieving the code.
When contacting Customer Support, make sure to include your gift card shop order number, which starts with #----, so our team can locate your order quickly and assist you.
7. Can I get a refund?
If the Star Coins have not been used or there has been a limited amount of gameplay during Star Rider activation, you can be eligible for a refund. Please contact our Customer Support Team for more info.
