2. How do I make a purchase?
- Visit the Star Stable Shop.
- Add items to your cart.
- Choose a payment method and complete the purchase.
3. Can I purchase a gift card in my home country and give the gift card code to someone in another country?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card in your home country and give the gift card code to someone in another country.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. How do I redeem a gift code?
- Go to the Redeem Code section on the shop page.
- Enter your code and click Redeem.
- Check your in-game red mailbox for the item.
6. I didn’t receive my Gift Card code. What should I do?
After purchasing, a separate email titled "Howdy! Here's your Gift Card" will be sent to you with the code. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folders. If it's still missing, contact our Customer Support Team, and they’ll assist you in retrieving the code.
When contacting Customer Support, make sure to include your gift card shop order number, which starts with #----, so our team can locate your order quickly and assist you.
7. I didn’t receive my item. What do I do?
- Check your email and in-game mail.
- Restart the game if necessary.
- Contact Customer Support if the item is still missing.
Tip: Check your in-game red mailbox for your new items. If your mailbox is full, you won’t be able to see new items, so make sure to clear out some space to receive them.
8. Can I get a refund?

9. Can I gift Star Coins or items?
Direct gifting is not available, but you can buy gift cards or make purchases for someone else.
