Our Star Rider subscription (except for the Pay Once option) automatically renew for the same period as your original subscription, so you won’t miss out on any fun! But don’t worry, you’re always in control.
Need to Cancel? No Problem!
If you decide the adventure is over (for now), don’t worry!
You can easily cancel your Star Rider subscription whenever you'd like.
Here's how:
- Log in to your account
- Click on the Account button at the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Manage Subscription and follow the instructions to cancel.
Once canceled, if your cancellation occurs before the renewal date, you'll still keep access to Star Rider perks until the end of your current billing period no worries about losing access mid-adventure!

A heads-up about the renewal date
Some subscription services (including ours!) sometimes process payments a little earlier than expected especially if the renewal date is coming up soon. This means that if you cancel right before your renewal date, the system might still process the payment before it officially acknowledges your cancellation. While you won’t be charged after the current billing cycle ends, it's good to keep an eye out for this possibility.
