Understanding Payment Statuses in Star Stable
When making a payment in Star Stable, you may come across different statuses that might be unfamiliar. Below is a breakdown of each payment status and what it means for you:
1. Pending
This means your payment is still being processed and hasn't been approved or rejected yet. Payments can take up to 10 working days for your bank to approve. If the payment is successful, the status will update to “Approved” in your purchase history.
2. Failed
Your payment attempt was unsuccessful. Rest assured, no money has been withdrawn from your bank account.
3. Refunded
The Star Stable Team has refunded your payment, and you’ve received the amount you initially paid back.
4. Chargeback
A chargeback happens when you dispute a payment and ask your payment provider to reverse the transaction. While this can result in your account being permanent banned, we strongly recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team directly for any refund requests instead of initiating a chargeback.

5. Chargeback Reversed

6. Approved
Your payment was successful, and the purchased items or services have been credited to your Star Stable account.
7. Canceled
The payment attempt was canceled before it was processed. You were not charged for this transaction, and there will be no future charges for this attempt.
