Here's How Refunds Work
We can happily help you with a refund when your purchase meets these simple conditions:
- Website Purchase: You bought it right here on our website.
- Time Limit: You let our support team know within 30 days of the purchase date.

Usage Status: The Star Coins are completely unused, or you haven't started using the Star Rider game time yet.
- If you have purchased a Bundle that includes items and/or a horse, these must not have been used either.
If your purchase fits these criteria, please reach out to our Customer Support team to start your request!
Want a Super Speedy Refund?
The fastest way for us to track down your payment is if you include your payment receipt for the transaction when you send us a message. Providing this helps us help you faster!
- Receipt Location: The receipt is sent to the email address associated with the account. If the account belongs to a minor, the receipt is sent to the parent's email address added during registration.
A Quick Heads-Up on Mobile & Third-Party Payments
Because these purchases are handled by other companies (like Apple or Google), we aren't able to issue refunds directly for things bought using:
- Mobile Payments (iOS App Store or Google Play Store)
- Paysafecard
- Prepaid Cards
If you paid via a mobile app, the best way to get help is to contact the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) directly, as they manage the refund process for those payments.
