Why do I need to verify my email when submitting a ticket?
Starting March 9, 2026, we’re introducing a one-time email verification for support requests. This ensures our team is communicating with you at an address you can actually access. It also protects our platform from malicious exploits and spam, which helps us get to your request much faster.
What happens if I don't verify my email?
If you don't complete the verification step, your ticket will be suspended. This means our support team won't be able to see your request, and you won’t receive an automated confirmation email.
As soon as you verify your email, your ticket is automatically sent for processing. Once you see that confirmation email land in your inbox with your unique reference number, you can be sure your request is in our queue and ready for our team to review!
Do I have to do this every time I contact support?
No! This is a one-time requirement. Once your email address is verified in our system, you won’t be asked to do it again for future tickets sent from that same address.
