There are a variety of reasons for not being able to login. The most common reason for login issues is incorrect login credentials.

1. Check your login credentials
When you try to log in but are not successful – please check that both email and password are spelled right, and that this email actually is associated to a Star Stable Online account. If you are trying to login using a third party autenticator such as Apple or Google, and you can't login, you most likely haven't used this method to create your account.
2. Reset your password
If you are still unable to log in to your Star Stable Online account, we recommend that you reset your password. You can change your password if you press on the “Forgot your password” link and follow the resulting instructions.

3. Update your operating system
For all technical features it's always recommended to update to the latest operating system. This is recommended both for desktop and mobile users.
4) Mobile specific: Update your App via Google Play or AppStore
The Star Stable Online App regularly releases new versions of the game that provide enhanced functionality and issue fixes. We recommend that you update your mobile app to the newest app version.
5) Clear your cache
When you use the Star Stable Online app, the app will save information in its cache. This information may be outdated or conflict with your login attempts. To resolve this issue, clear your mobile app’s cache. This is also true for any login issues on the website, it's always a good practice to clear the cache if you're experiencing issues online.
