There may be a variety of reasons you are unable to log in and access your app. The most common reason for login issues is incorrect login credentials.
To troubleshoot the log in issue, we recommend completing each step in the log in troubleshooting guide below:

- Clear your mobile app cache
Check your login credentials
When you try to log in but are not successful, a message will be displayed below the password field “Couldn’t log in. Wrong username or password”. In this case, either your email address or password is incorrect, or your login credentials are not associated with your Star Stable Online account.
Reset your password
If you are still unable to log in to your Star Stable Online account on the mobile app, we recommend that you reset your password. You can change your password if you press on the “Forgot your password” link and follow the resulting instructions.
Update your app and operating system
The Star Stable Online App regularly releases new versions of the game that provide enhanced functionality and issue fixes. We recommend that you update your mobile app to the newest app version and ensure that your iPhone or iPad is up to date.
Clear your mobile app cache
When you use the Star Stable Online app, the app will save information in its cache. This information may be outdated or conflict with your login attempts. To resolve this issue, clear your mobile app’s cache.
