The Star Stable Online weekly updates work the same for desktop and mobile! The game will update every Wednesday on both platforms. The game servers will be closed while the update takes place and will open up again as usual once the update is complete.
However, the app itself will require players to perform a manual update every second week on Wednesdays. You will find the latest version under Product Details in the App Store. When an update is available, the button in the App Store changes from “Open” to “Update”.
The amount of time it takes for Apple to release this update may differ for each player. This means that your friend may be able to update and play the newest version sooner than you. The estimated time range for all Apple users to have the update available should be at most 2 hours, usually less. This delay is due to Apple’s internal processes, and Star Stable can’t speed this up!
