Here’s how to report a bug and make sure we have all the info we need to fix it up!
1. Report the Bug through Our Customer Support System
To report a bug, you’ll need to reach out to our awesome Customer Support Team.
Here’s how:

- Then, click "Contact Us" to open the support page.
- Fill out the form with the necessary information so we can get to work on your bug!
2. What Should I Include in the Bug Report?
The more details you share, the faster we can work on fixing the issue!
Here’s the info we need:

Description of the Bug: What exactly is happening? Is it a strange visual glitch, a gameplay hiccup, or something else? Be as specific as you can!

Steps to Reproduce: Can you make the bug happen again? If so, share the steps, and we’ll be able to track it down faster.

Date and Time: When did the bug show up? If you can, share the exact time it happened it helps us track it down like a pro.

Your Platform and Device: Are you playing on a PC, Mac, or mobile device? Let us know!

Screenshots/Video: If you’ve got any visuals (screenshots or videos), attach them! Seeing is believing, after all.

Error Messages (If Any): If you’ve seen an error message, send that along too. It can give us an extra clue to solve the mystery.
