There may be several reasons why you can't make purchases on Star Stable on Mobile.
Unverified account
If you haven't completed the email verification process, you won't be able to make any purchases through Star Stable on mobile. If you did not verify your account when creating it you can follow these steps:
- Tap on "your account" at the top left corner of your screen
- Tap on "Account settings" link, which will send you to starstable.com
- Log in to your account
- Next to your character's name, you will see "Confirm your account"
- Then tap the button that says “Send email.”
- Find the email that is sent to the email connected to the account and tap the link to verify your account.
Banned account
If your account is banned, then you won't be able to make purchases for the duration of the ban. You're always welcome to reach out through our contact form in regards to account suspensions or bans.
Star Coin Allowance Limit
There is a 2000 Star Coin weekly limit on the Star Stable on Mobile app. If your purchases have reached the limit, you will have to wait a week before you can make another mobile purchase.
