First, check your junk folder. If you find the consent email there, mark it as safe and then click on the link in it (this will only work after you have marked the email as safe).
If you can’t find the email, you can resend it by following these steps:
- Log in to your child's account on our website.
- Next to your child's character’s name, click on “Confirm your account”.
- Click the green button, and a new email will be sent to the registered parent email.
If you have accidentally given us an incorrect parent email address, contact our Customer Support Team via the contact form on our website. Please fill in the parent’s birth date to use the contact form and provide us with as much information as possible.
