The in-game chat is open to everyone with a verified email address. Whether you’re chatting with friends or just hanging out with others on your server, we want you to have a great time.
To keep our community safe and fun for everyone, all players must follow our chat rules. Breaking these rules will result in a temporary or permanent chat ban and, if severe enough, a permanent account closure.
Below is the list of rules all players are required to follow, categorized by topic:

Personal Information
Do not share or ask for personal information, such as name, address, age, work, school name and location, or payment information.

Social Media
You may not discuss or share social media information, such as usernames, or ask to move the conversation to another platform.

Violence and Threats
Descriptions of graphic harm or physical injury are strictly prohibited. This includes organizing or promoting dangerous challenges or any activity that leads to real-world violence.

Swearing, Profanity and Vulgar Language
Inappropriate language is strictly forbidden, no matter the context, including attempts to bypass our language filters.

Sexual Content
To maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone, sharing or requesting anything of a sexual nature is strictly forbidden. This includes using suggestive language, engaging in sexual roleplay, or making any references to real-world misconduct.

Dating and Relationship Content
To ensure a safe environment, especially for younger players, we prohibit messages that solicit romantic or personal relationships between players.

Grooming and Predatory Behaviour
Safeguarding our younger players is our highest concern. We have zero tolerance for predatory actions or grooming, which involve exploiting trust or manipulating others, and such conduct is strictly forbidden.

Bullying and Harassment
Targeted harassment or insulting another player is prohibited. Be respectful and kind to one another.

Hate Speech or Discrimination
We strive to ensure every player feels valued and welcome. Using discriminatory language or targeting others based on identity is strictly forbidden and won't be permitted in our game.

Wellbeing, Self-harm and Suicide
Star Stable is a supportive environment. It is not allowed to discuss or promote harm to oneself, including self-injury, suicide, or severe eating disorders. Please also be mindful and do not emotionally overload another player. Our goal is to protect vulnerable players and guide them towards help if needed.

Illegal Activity
It is not allowed to talk about crime-related topics in our chat, such as drugs, threatening another player.

Cheating or Fraudulent Behavior
It is not allowed to talk about how to cheat, or to urge someone to cheat. We also do not accept selling accounts or deceiving other players into offering Star Coins, Star Riders, training horses, etc., to gain login information.

Real-world Controversy and Divisive Topics
Examples of topics include politics, speculative theories, and sensitive and controversial discussions. While we know these conversations can be interesting, our goal here is to keep the focus on having fun and enjoying a respectful, welcoming space with friends and fellow players.

Spam and Disruption
Do not fill the chat with the same letters, digits, or symbols over and over, or repeatedly send the same message in short increments, which makes the chat difficult to read.
