Refund a horse
Yes, you might be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. To qualify, please make sure that:
• You reach out to us within 48 hours of purchasing the horse.
• The horse remains at Level 1 and has 0 XP, meaning it hasn’t been ridden, trained, or used in any way.
