To contact Customer Support from the Horses app, go to Settings by pressing the cogwheel button and then press Contact Support. A contact form will pop up, and you can choose a feedback category and then type your message to us. The categories you can choose are:
- Send feedback
- Report issue
- Request to delete my data
If you wish to report an issue, you can upload a screenshot or video of the issue you are experiencing in the app. This will help the team to understand what might be causing the issue.
When you’ve written your message, click Send, and it will be sent to our Customer Support Team.
When our team has replied to your ticket, you can read their answer and continue the conversation inside the app. When you get a reply, a small exclamation mark will appear on top of the cogwheel button.
