To start the quests that unlock Mistfall, you need to be a Star Rider and level 12. You also need to have completed the quest where Mrs. Packard in Firgrove Village gives you her rental invoice.
Meet up with grandmother Rose outside Firgrove's gate, who is waiting for her granddaughter Rania, to begin the adventure that leads to Mistfall!
