If you cannot see your friend in-game, it could be because you two are not on the same server. You can see which server you are playing on by logging into your account > settings > on the server section, where you can see the name of the server you are currently on.
You should also make sure you haven’t added each other to your Ignore lists. Go to your friend list in the game and look at the Ignore tab. If your friend is on it, simply remove them by clicking on their name and then clicking Delete.
Sometimes, the game doesn’t sync correctly, and it can need some help. We have a trick that can help. First, add each other to the ignore list. You do this by opening your friend list in-game, selecting the Ignore tab, writing in your friend’s in-game name, and then clicking add. Once your friend is on the ignore list, you can remove them by following the above steps. Give the game a few seconds to sync, and hopefully, you will see each other.
