First, change the password of the connected email address. We advise you to have different passwords for your email provider and Star Stable account.
Next, be sure to change your Star Stable password as well. It is not possible to change the password while someone is logged in, so please try again until you gain access.
We recommend talking to your child about account safety and reminding them that it’s very important not to share any account or personal details with anyone (even their best friend!).
Another option is to take control of your child’s login information, including the password, to be sure that no one else can gain access to it. You will also have more control over your child’s play sessions and be sure that your child is only playing when you allow it.
