There are a couple of possible reasons why your chat has been blocked:
- If you are a new player, you need to verify your account before you can use the chat. You can do this by logging in to your account on our website and clicking on Settings. From there, click on Confirm Your Account. This will send a verification email to the email address registered to your account. Open the email and click Activate Star Stable. If your account has a registered parent email, the mail will be sent there.
- You have received a chat ban while/after playing Star Stable Online because you have violated one or more of our chat rules. You will see a message pop up when you click on the chat icon informing you that the chat is blocked and for how long (note that the time shown is in UTC).
