Please check your payment status in the Purchases section under Account > Settings.
If your payment status is Failed, please try again. You should not have been charged for this transaction. The payment may show as reserved on your bank account; this will disappear after 3-5 working days.
If the status is Pending, it may be taking some time to get confirmation from your bank. Please wait up to 3-5 working days. If the payment status does not update after that time, your transaction has failed, and you should try again. However, if you were charged, but the status remains Pending, please contact our Customer Support Team with the payment receipt.
If the status is Approved, but you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team for help.
