We can only issue refunds if you have not used the purchased goods and if you request the refund within three months of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support Team to request a refund or dispute any transaction on your Star Stable account. We ask that you include the receipt of the payment you wish to refund when contacting Customer Support.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on mobile, Paysafecard, or any other kind of prepaid card payment.
Chargebacks and payment reversals (where you have requested the refund through your payment provider) are not a valid way to request refunds and could result in the permanent closure of your Star Stable account.
